CyberThon II: Cybersecurity

This competitions has two skill levels: novice and advanced. The novice level will include best security practices and fixing vulnerabilities in the system. The advanced level may include (but is not limited to) capture-the-flag style challenges, vulnerabilties to patch, and other direct challenges to tend to.

CyberThon II: Programming

In this competition, everyone is given a prompt for a project that is meant to fix an issue or fill a gap available technology. Your task is to create a program which fulfills any requirements, does not violate any rules, and answers to the prompt with a stable and well-designed creation.

Everything you need to know before participating

Eligibility & Rules

  • Open to middle and high school students (grades 6-12)
  • Individual or team participation (max 4 members)
  • All external tools allowed, no contacting other teams
  • All submissions must be original work
  • Multiple programming languages supported

Scoring & Prizes

  • Points awarded based on problem difficulty
  • Penalties for making mistakes or violating situation-specific protocol (found in the readme)
  • Prizes for top 3 winners
  • All scores and submissions recorded in our discord server
